Take a moment to find a quiet spot and relax. Imagine harp music gently playing. It’s a very catchy gentle tune. As you listen to it you drift deeper and deeper into meditation.
Once you reach a deep state of meditation, you find yourself in a beautiful meadow. You take a minute to look around and take in the sights of the meadow around you. One of the sites is a path that leads to a river. You follow the path toward the river. As you walk along the path, you can’t help but notice how beautiful everything is around the meadow. There are bushes as if shaped by God himself. There are flowers sprinkled over the meadow. There are bees gently touching flowers. Something awesome is feeding the meadow around you.
When you reach the river, it shines with a radiance like you have never seen. The river is the awesomeness sustaining the beauty of the meadow. The river and true beauty come from God. Nobody had to tell you what true beauty was because God defined it for us.
You look up and down the river. You see a waterfall not too far away. You walk along the river toward the waterfall. When you reach the waterfall, you are drawn toward the irresistible healing power of the water.
You step into the waterfall. The water rushes over you but it doesn’t hurt. You feel negativity and pain leaving your body and being washed down river to be transformed into something positive again by the earth. The water becomes a rainbow waterfall. The waterfall knows different ailments need different colors for healing. You feel each color flowing through you and doing it’s designated job. The waterfall feels so good you just stand in it for a little bit.
[pause here and take a minute to let your meditation go the direction you desire.]
When you feel it’s time to come back, you step out of the rainbow waterfall and it returns it’s previous state as if you were never there. You follow the river back to the path and the path back to where you started. You close your eyes and the meadow disappears. You begin to hear the soft sweet harp music again. You slowly return to where you were before the meditation as the music plays.
You open your eyes and feel just better than you ever have before.
