I shared a meditation with the church today and it was a big hit. So, I thought I’d also share it with those of you who couldn’t be with us here today in Indianapolis.
Find yourself a quiet spot and relax.
Notice your breaths as you breathe in and out. The distractions of the world slowly begin to fade away. You can now feel your breath in and out. Feel your muscles start to relax. Close your eyes and take away the visual distractions around you. A count backwards from 10 can help you get completely relaxed.
Once you are completely relax and you are no longer aware of your breath or anything around you, visualize a vortex in a part of the room away from everyone. This could be the center of the room as long as it is not near anyone else. This vortex looks like a tornado with the top pulling only negative energy, thoughts, emotions, and sickness into the vortex. It pushes the bad things out the bottom into mother earth to be absorbed, transformed, and reused as she sees fit.
Feel the blackness of sickness leaving your body and being sucked into the vortex. Visualize the negative energy being sucked out of corners and closets and other places it may be trapped.
If you think it is at all possible that there are dark entities in or around you or loved ones. Visualize them being sucked into the vortex. Tell them to go. Most will listen to you because you are of the light and they won’t fight the vortex.
Visualize the vortex tornado collapsing in on itself and being absorbed by mother earth. Everything inside was trapped in the vortex as it collapsed so they couldn’t escape at the last minute. All things negative have left your body, your area, and your building. All things negative have gone through the vortex and into mother earth only to return to you after they have been transformed into something positive by the earth.
Begin to come back now. Start to notice you can move your muscles again. Start to notice your breathes again. Open you eyes and you can see and feel only positive energy around you. You feel just as good as you ever have.
