Get into your meditation position. The recommended position is sitting on a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Put your palms face up in your lap as this is a position of grace. I also find that laying in bed is a comfortable meditation position that seems to work for me. I also try to put my palms face up when in this position.
Close your eyes and become more relaxed with each breath. Breath in and breath out the stress of the moment. Breath in and breath out the noise around you. Breath in and breath out the thoughts and worries of the moment. You are completely relaxed.
In front of you are 6 orbs of light of different colors. Reach out and touch the red one keeping in mind red is powerful and should be used sparingly.The red orb knows when to stop. The red orb brings warmth and burns out disease. It heals you in it’s specific way.
Reach out and touch the blue orb. The color blue is cool, calm, and peaceful, both physically and mentally. It heals you in the way specific to it’s nature.
Next, touch the yellow orb. Yellow promotes a clear mind. The yellow orb heals you in it’s specific way and heals your thoughts and mind.
Touch the purple orb. Purple heals you in a way specific to it’s nature. Purple heals your mental ailments and promotes being spiritual enlightenment.
Now touch the orange orb. The orange orb heals your immune system. If you so desire, orange can also increase your sexually energy.
Release the orange orb and touch the green orb. Green is a great healing color that is beneficial in nearly all healing situations. Let the green color flow through your arm and throughout your body to heal the whole body.
In a dazzling display, the different color orbs join together. Once joined, they have formed an orb of white light. White light contains all colors of light. Use the white light to heal you by passing it through your entire body. Use the white light to push all pain, negativity, and stress out of your body and back into mother earth to be transmuted into positive energy and reused. Surround yourself with this white light for protection as you go through out your day. Surround your home or the area where you are mediation in this white light to keep it protected and ward off undesired energies.
Once you have basked in this white light and you are content with the time spent in the white light, return to the space where you began your meditation. Peace and love be with you.
